These Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website (“Terms of Use”) and the Privacy Policy regulate all rights and obligations regarding the use and access of this website www.widseguros.com.br  by WID SEGUROS – SOCIEDADE CORRETORA DE SEGUROS LTDA. (“WID SEGUROS”) and any of its pages (“SITE”), without prejudice to the rights set forth in the applicable legislation.

The SITE is available to users on a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable and revocable basis, under the condition that they accept the Terms of Use presented herein.

This SITE was created and developed to announce the services provided by WID SEGUROS.

By accessing and remaining on this SITE and any of its pages, the user will have automatically accepted all the provisions and clauses of the Terms of Use set forth below. Jurisdiction

The user hereby consents to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Capital City of the State of São Paulo, in Brazil, in relation to the initiation, continuation or prosecution of any legal dispute.

Term

These Terms and Conditions of Use are effective as of June 27, 2022.

The acceptance of these terms and conditions is given by the unequivocal manifestation of the user’s will by pressing the “I Agree” button, either in his own name and/or that of the legal entity he represents, thus adhering to all the clauses of these Terms of Use. The user’s disagreement with this instrument, on the other hand, will be manifested by pressing the button “I Do Not Agree”.
