The energy free market is an environment where the purchase and sale of energy is negotiated outside the local concessionaire. The taker negotiates directly with the distributor (or with an agent) the price and conditions of energy supply. In this negotiation, a contract is generated in which an obligation to supply and pay exists. In these contracts there is also the commitment of the warranty, that is, the warranty insurance.
