“Personal Data<\/strong>“:any information about a specific person, or that identifies or can identify a specific person.<\/p>\n “Sensitive Personal Data<\/strong>“: data revealing personal information about racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, membership of a trade union or religious, philosophical or political organization, data concerning health or sex life, genetic or biometric data.<\/p>\n “Processing<\/strong>“: any operation involving personal information, including, for example, collection, access, storage, alteration, transfer or some other form of use.<\/p>\n “Controller<\/strong>“: a natural or legal person, whether governed by public or private law, who is responsible for decisions concerning the processing of personal data.<\/p>\n “Operator<\/strong>“: natural or legal person, of public or private law, who carries out the processing of personal data on behalf of the controller.<\/p>\n “Data protection officer (DPO)<\/strong>“: person appointed by the controller to act as a communication channel between the controller, the data subjects and the National Data Protection Authority (NDPA).<\/p>\n <\/p>\n WID SEGUROS collects, basically, two types of information: (i) Information provided by the User; and (ii) Data created by WID SEGUROS.<\/p>\n (i) Information provided by the User<\/strong>: This is any information actively provided by the User at the time of contracting, including registration data, such as: full name, e-mail address, telephone number, national ID number, tax payer number, address, date of birth, financial and payment information, marital status and profession.<\/p>\n WID SEGUROS reinforces that it does not treat data considered sensitive by Law 13.709\/2019, for the general purposes set out here, understood as those related to racial or ethnic origin, religious belief, political opinion, membership of a union or organization of a religious, philosophical or political nature, data relating to health or sex life, genetic or biometric data. In the rare and specific cases where such Treatment is necessary, the Treatment will be based on specific terms previously made available to the Data Subjects, by means of their specific consent or on the basis of express legal authorization.<\/p>\n WID SEGUROS undertakes to only process Personal Data which is necessary and relevant for the purposes set out below:<\/p>\n (i) To comply with our legal obligations, including labor and regulatory obligations<\/strong>:<\/p>\n Your Data may be necessary for us to comply with legal and regulatory determinations, whether judicial or administrative, determined by competent authorities and governmental bodies.<\/p>\n (ii) For the regular exercise of rights in judicial, administrative or mediation proceedings<\/strong>:<\/p>\n We may use Personal Data to file judicial and administrative proceedings and to defend our rights and the rights of third parties. WID SEGUROS will make every effort to respond to all requests in the shortest possible time.<\/p>\n Even in the case of a request for deletion, WID SEGUROS will respect the minimum storage period of information determined by Brazilian legislation, and may retain the information for the fulfillment of a legal or regulatory obligation, for the exclusive use by WID SEGUROS of anonymized data, and for the exercise of its rights in judicial or administrative processes.<\/p>\n WID SEGUROS adopts technical and administrative measures of information security to protect your Personal Data and to guarantee the fulfillment of the data protection regulations, which are periodically revised and improved, in order to guarantee that the best practices and technical standards are adopted.<\/p>\n In addition to all the measures mentioned, WID SEGUROS has internal procedures and teams prepared to respond and detect possible security incidents, in order to mitigate risks and guarantee the privacy of the Data Subjects.<\/p>\n However, WID SEGUROS cannot fully guarantee that all the information that is transmitted over the internet will not be the target of unauthorized accesses perpetrated by means of methods developed to obtain information unduly.<\/p>\n In this way, we count on the cooperation of the User so that, being aware of the information below, he can avoid his exposure to some risks.<\/p>\n WID SEGUROS never sends emails requesting confirmation of data or registration, nor emails with executable attachments (extension .exe, .com, .scr, .bat, .zip, .rar, .clp) or containing links to download.<\/p>\n The links in our e-mails lead directly to the website www.widseguros.com.br<\/a>.<\/p>\n In compliance with data protection regulations, a WID SEGUROS respects and ensures that Data Subjects can exercise their rights in relation to their Personal Data.
